I Don’t Want to

Instead of focusing on all of the things I don’t want to do, here are all of the things I am grateful for today

1. My physical health

2. I am okay

3. I did not get into a car accident today (passed a really bad one on the way home tonight)

4. I went grocery shopping (even though I didn’t want to)

5. I unloaded and reloaded dish washer (even though I didn’t want to)

6. I paid my rent

7. Reducing screen time

8. Not watching TV the night even though I want to

9. My mom’s support and encouraging words

10. All of the people that care about me and support me

11. Less isolating today. Called people

12. The color red

13. Upheld 3 commitments today (even though I didn’t want to)

14. My bed is made and ready for me to get into it
